Trader Joe's, Cary, NC

I traveled to NC this weekend for my niece Catherine's third birthday. Here she is shopping at Trader Joe's:

Toronto, Canada

I flew to Toronto for work today... Mexico and Canada in the same week. I'm so NAFTA.

Mexico City

For the three day weekend, Jonathan and I decided to fly down to Mexico City to visit our friend Michael P. He's been living there since May. While I have been there for work several times, this was my first time to just go for fun. (Above, the giant Mexican flag in the Zocalo, below: Jonathan and I having lunch above the main square at El Balcon del Zocalo, otherwise known as the Holiday Inn.)

Indian Beach, NC

This was my fourth New Years in a row at Indian Beach, NC. This time, I was there for five nights, with nothing to do but play cards, watch television, walk on the beach, and hang out at the heated pool on the warmer days.
